Terms

Usage terms for the public application flow and future platform access.

These terms are written to match the current Milestone 1 scope and the planned premium, application-first product model.

Service scope

Tender Copilot is positioned as a workflow tool that helps consultancies qualify public-sector opportunities and prepare early-stage response materials. It does not submit bids, negotiate with buyers, or provide procurement law advice.

Application-first access

Access begins with an application review. Approval, invite-based sign-in, and billing happen after that review stage and may be refused if the service is not a good fit.

Customer responsibilities

Customers remain responsible for verifying buyer requirements, checking deadlines, and ensuring any bid submission is complete, accurate, and compliant with procurement rules.

Draft content

Any memo, recommendation, or draft-pack content is intended as first-pass working material. Customers must review, edit, and approve all content before relying on it in a live procurement process.

Billing and cancellation

Paid access is expected to run on monthly subscriptions with no free trial in the MVP. Additional billing and cancellation terms will be surfaced in checkout and account settings once that flow is implemented.

Liability

The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Tender Copilot should support better decisions, but it cannot guarantee opportunity outcomes, contract wins, or uninterrupted availability.
