What we collect
For the application flow, we collect the company and contact details you submit, together with the service profile and notes you choose to share. When the wider product is enabled, that data can be joined with approved account records and onboarding information.
Why we collect it
We use application data to review fit, respond about approval, and prepare account setup for approved consultancies. We may also use operational records to improve service quality, security, and support handling.
How data is stored
Application data is intended to be stored in a private Supabase-backed database with access limited to authorised internal operators. We do not expose raw application records publicly.
Retention
Rejected or inactive applications should be reviewed periodically and removed when they are no longer needed for legitimate business or compliance reasons. Approved applicants may have relevant information carried into their account record.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, or deletion of the information you submitted, subject to any legal or operational duties that require retention.
